It’s a marvellous texturising cream that manipulates hair into multiple shapes. Bedhead Manipulator can be used on wet or dry hair – it works well with both. It is long lasting and perfect for any length or texture. A very small amount (the size of a pea) is enough to run through the roots. It shapes hair in desired style, from spikes to twists and flicks and they all look amazing.
Tigi describes it as “a funky gunk that rocks”. Meaning it’s not a wax or a gel nor a mousse either. It has a sticky matte feel and when applied it spreads throughout hair, separates each strand and leaves hair frizz free and manageable. This product is non greasy and smells great and washes out easily. Bed Head Manipulator Shampoo is a sweet smelling shampoo which appears in attractive shade of pearly turquoise blue. It gives the ‘rock on’ effect and is ideal for daily shampooing.
Bed Head Manipulator Shampoo comes in an attractive cylindrical shape plastic bottle with a pop up nozzle which can be unscrewed. This facilitates utilising the product to the last drop when you run out of the same. Tigi Manipulator Shampoo should be massaged into the hair for about a minute and rinsed out. It is thick in consistency and produces a rich lather to make hair super silky and more manageable for shaping into your favourite style. The deep cleansing effect makes hair feel light and silky. It is suitable for frequent use. When used together with Bed Head Manipulator Conditioner, Manipulator Shampoo gives long lasting results. If used alongside other conditioner, the outcome may not be satisfactory as the former.
Manipulator Conditioner is a daily conditioner and should be used after cleansing hair with manipulator shampoo. After washing hair with Manipulator Shampoo, rinse hair well and squeeze out excess water. Rub a small amount of conditioner through your hands and massage with fingers tips through the roots till the end until hair feels soft and smooth, and leave it on for about a minute and rinse out. Blow dry and style as desired.
It leaves hair beautifully soft and gives a fabulous shine. Manipulator Conditioner can also be used along with a random shampoo, but if used together with Manipulator Shampoo it works perfectly well and the scent from both the shampoo and the conditioner blends well together leaving a long lasting fragrance in the hair. The manipulator conditioner is a lovely thick texture, about twice as thick as the shampoo. It does not lather and avoid using too much of it as it may give a greasy effect.
